Our home lies
in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Tauferer Ahrntal
Valley.
|
The little town Rein in Taufers with its 360 inhabitants
belongs to the Ahrntal, the valley most know thanks to the
climbing champion Hans Kammerlander.
In the summer this valley offers lots of chances to have fun:
canyoning, rafting, climbing, riding... anything you need
for an exciting vacation. Guided tours with the Hotel's owner,
upon request.
It doesn’t not matter what kind of walker you are, here
you will find tours for all tastes. And for mountainbike lovers…what’s
better than biking round such an awesome place? |
In the winter, skiers will be able to
make their wishes come true going skiing just out of the front
door or to the close skiarea of Spikeboden and Kreuzberg or,
just a little further, to the popular Kronplatz.
Particularly known, is the crosscountry trail in front of
our house. A trail that assures good snow conditions for both
classic and skating style, all along the 15 Km length. Possibilities
of snowshoe hikes and ski-tour, ice climbing and cross country
skiing directly in the village. The use of cross-country trails
for our guests is free.
Just not to forget the food, here you will find 10 restaurants
and 2 Pizzerie, all by walking a couple of minutes. There’s
also a supermarket in Rein, which you can reach in less than
10 minutes. |
